I have managed live sites as a Quantity Surveyor, managed teams as a Commercial Manager and been an active board member of senior management teams as both Commercial & Development Director; and have been involved in end-to-end commercial & development activities and decision making throughout this time.
I have experience in: business planning & forecasting, feasibility studies & land appraisals, product development, value engineering, cost control, contract management, negotiation, team management, dispute management, data analysis, management reporting and implementing commercial systems & processes.
